| Abstract: | ln order to meet the requirements of medical market, humanistic management has come to be the consensus of modern hospital managers. This paper discusses the differences and relations among hospital humanistic management, humanistic service and hospital culture, and discusses a way to realize hospital humanistic management, which leads to higher efficiency operation and better medical service. |
