| 摘 要： | 应用S-P免疫组化技术检测46例星形细胞瘤中P27蛋白的表达,探讨P27蛋白在不同分化程度的星形细胞瘤组织中的表达.结果表明,脑星形细胞瘤组织中P27蛋白的阳性表达率为56.8%,低分化(Ⅲ-Ⅳ级)星形细胞瘤组织中P27蛋白的阳性表达显著低于高分化(Ⅰ-Ⅱ级)星形细胞瘤(P＜0.01);P27蛋白的阳性表达与病理分级呈负相关(r=-0.452,P＜0.01).这表明,P27蛋白表达水平的降低与脑星形细胞瘤的分化程度与演进密切相关.

| Abstract: | The papers investigates P27 protein expression in brain astrocytoma with various grades.Methods Expression of P27 protein was studied by immunohistochemical technique in 46 cases of astrocytoma.Results the positive rate of P27 protein was 56.8% in astrocytoma,and the positive rates decreased with progression of pathological grade(P <0.01);the P27 protein expression was negatively correlated with the pathological grade of astrocytoma(r=-0.452,(P<0.01)).Conclusion P27 protein plays a key role in astrocytoma genesis and development and is closely correlated with tumor differentiation in astrocytoma. |
