| 摘 要： | 通过对三届本科生体育保健学实验教学手段和教学方法的改革与实践，找到较为科学的实验教学法，注重理论与实践相结合，对培养学生的主动性和创造性有较大的促进作用，而体育保健学实验教学水平也得到了很大的提高。
