自我同一性对自我监控的影响

自我监控是个体调节行为适应环境、表达自我的重要机制。在非结构化情境中,个体通过自我监控机制来表达自我同一性。对426名大学生施测自我监控量表和自我同一性量表（AIQ-IV）,来探讨自我同一性对自我监控的影响。（1）自我同一性个人身份倾向通过自我导向表达;社会身份倾向通过他人导向表达;高自我监控既表达个人身份,又表达关系身份。（2）依据自我同一性四个维度,把被试分为高分组与低分组,结果发现个人身份倾向高分组与低分组在自我导向子量表上存在非常显著的差异,在高自我监控子量表上存在显著差异。关系身份倾向高分组与低分组在高自我监控子量表上存在非常显著的差异。社会身份倾向子量表高分组与低分组在他人导向子量表上存在非常显著的差异,在高自我监控上存在显著差异。研究结果显示：在非结构性情境中,自我监控是自我同一性的表达形式。最后,根据不同类型社会情境中自我同一性的自我呈现策略,对结果进行了讨论。

The Impact of Self-identity on the Self-monitoring

Self-monitoring is an important mechanism by which individuals adapt to circumstances and express themselves.Individuals express self-identities through self-monitoring in unconstructual situation.This research explores the impact of self-identity on the self-monitoring with 426 subjects,who were asked to respond to the new Self-monitoring Scale and the Aspect of Identity Questionnaire（AIQ-IV）.The data showed：（1）that individual identity orientation was expressed through self-directedness;social identity orientation was expressed through other-directedness;and high self-monitoring expresses both individual identity and relation identity orientation.（2）The higher scores group and lower scores group,which were individuated by the individual orientation,relation orientation subscale,and social orientation subscale of AIQ-IV,showed significantly difference on self-directedness subscale and high self-monitoring subscale,on high self-monitoring subscale,and on other-directed subscale and high self-monitoring subscale respectively.The findings completely proved our hypothesis.The results were discussed in terms of the self-presentation strategies of self-identity in different social situations.
