“两型”视角下农村环境教育优化研究

当前，我国农村环境教育面临着农民素质不高，环保意识不强；环保投入不足；农村环保宣传和环境法制不够；农村环保重视不够；农村生态环境形势十分严峻等形势，十分有必要加强农村环境教育，这是建设社会主义新农村、提高农民环境意识、保护生态环境、促进农业和农村可持续发展以及弥补当前对农村环境问题重视不够的需要，更是促进农村资源节约、环境友好的根本需要。以“两型”建设为视角，为优化农村环境教育，可采取如下举措：开展多种多样的教育形式；针对不同群体开展不同的教育形式；创新环保宣传方式．营造良好的环保氛围；科学指导，推广农业新技术等。

Research on Optimization of Rural Environment Education in Two-Oriented Society

Nowadays, our country＇s rural environment education has faced many problems. The farmer＇s quality is not high, the consciousness of environment protection is not strong, the investment for environment protection is lack, the rural environment protection publicity and the environment taw is insufficient, the rural entironment austerity and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen rural environment education and this is the needs to build a new socialist countryside, to promote farmer＇s environmental consciousness, to protect entironment and promote agricultural and rural development. It is also the needs to promote rural area resources conserving and environmental friendly society. From the view of building ＂two-oriented society＂ and optimizing rural environment education, the following countermeasures could he taken. To develop all kinds of forms of education, to develop different forms of education to different groups of people, to create new forms of publicity in environment protection, to make a good environmental protection atmosphere and to guide scientifically and to extend new rural technology and so on.
