摘    要:橄榄是古代地中海世界重要的农作物之一,是该地区农业生产的重要组成部分,与古希腊文明有着非常密切的关系。自20世纪60年代起,西方学者开始重视关于希腊橄榄的研究,在橄榄种植、加工以及橄榄对古代希腊政治、经济、文化等方面的影响等方面取得了一定的成果,同时研究的手段和方法也取得突破性的进展。但是仍然存在研究不平衡、同类重复、研究面窄等问题。

Abstract:Olive, an ancient crop in the Mediterranean region, and an important part of agricultural activities in the area is closely related to Grecian civilization. Since the 1960s, when Western scholars began to turn their eyes to the research of Greek olive, some headways have been made in the research of its planting and processing and its impacts on the politics, economy and culture of the ancient country.
