| Abstract: | A new concept of the industrial water denmand per 10 000 yuan output was proposed in this peper. Utilizing Grey Systems Model, the GM(l, 1 ) of Shaanxi industrial water demand Per 10 000 yUan output was established. On this basis, the industrial water demand in 20 000 was forecasted. |
