| 摘 要： | 本文从资源与发展的关系中界定资源的内涵 ,反映出传统的资源观是以自然资源界定其内涵 ,这种界定既不利用于解释资源与发展的关系 ,也无法体现资源的替代作用 ,因而需要建立包括自然与人文资源的“大资源观”。建立大资源观基础上的资源价值量化方法提供了各资源替代关系的比较尺度 ,并为自然资源的资产化管理提供了基本依据

| Abstract: | The paper defines the connotation of resources by analyaing relation between resources and development,and points out it is traditional view of that the connotation of resources is natural resources.This kind of definition brings about great trouble both in explaining the relationship of resources and development,and in describing ghe substitution among resources.Furghermore it results in emphasizing the exploitation of natural resources meanwhile neglexting the development of human resources.Therefore,it is necessary to build"Great Resources View"which includes natural resources and human resources.And the quantitative analysis based the Great Resources View provides the comparison of substitution among resources,and also provides neference for the management of natural resources as assets. |
