新农村建设过程中的农民培育问题探析

社会主义新农村建设面临着农民基础教育"基础"不牢,科学文化素质和思想道德素质、身体素质偏低的困扰,农民教育培训仍然存在着认识不到位、经费投入不足、机制不活、内容不适合农民需要、形式僵硬、手段单一等问题。针对这些问题应改革完善教育培训机制,调整充实教育培训内容,全面提高农民文化、科技、思想道德和身体素质。

Countermeasure for the Current Farmer's Training Issue——An Analysis under the Situation of Constructing New Rural Regions

Since the establishment of the country,especially since the reforming and opening,the farmer's quality has been greatly improved,which promotes the development of rural economy.However,there is a gap between the historic task of constructing new socialist rural region and developing modern agriculture and the farmer's integrated quality because they are still technically,culturally,ideologically and morally,and physically weak.The shortcomings of the farmer's training are as follows: lack of understanding of the issue;short of financial support,deficiency in active policy;inappropriate training contents for the farmers and inflexible training forms.The farmer's training can be improved by the countermeasures of deepening the trainer's understanding of the issue,perfecting the training policy,bettering organizing form,richening training content,and improving the full scale of the farmer's cultural,technical,and ideological and moral quality,thus offering intelligent support for the sustainable and sound development of the rural economy.
