| 摘 要： | 对2000—2005年关于用户信息需求的文章进行了归纳和总结,指出了网络环境下用户信息需求的特征,揭示了用户信息需求的心理行为规律和影响用户信息需求的因素;对用户的信息需求作了较为详尽的分析,提出了适应用户需求、发展信息服务的观点。

| Abstract: | This paper sums up the papers about users' information demands in period of 2000-2005,points out the features of users' information demands under the network environment,reveals the psychological and behavioral regularities of users' information demands and the factors influencing users' information demands,makes detail analysis on users' information demands,and puts forward some opinions on meeting the needs of the users and developing the information service. |
