| 摘 要： | 为了有效解决电子废物处置难题,需合理地划分主体之间的责任。在电子废物处置体系中,主体的责任划分直接关系到电子产品厂商、销售商以及消费者的利益。应在坚持利益分配理论和产品受益者与义务承担者一致原则的前提下,采用细分各主体之间责任的方法加以解决。在电子废物处置过程中,生产者具有预防责任、网点建设责任,消费者须承担绿色消费、积极选购环境友好产品的责任,政府有政策上鼓励支持回收处理企业的义务和制订相关法规标准与监管的责任。
