金属超细颗粒热力学统计性质的量子尺寸效应

摘    要:根据热力学统计理论证明,当计入量子尺寸效应时,由颗粒的尺寸及颗粒表面曲率决定的压力而引起振动谱的重整化,使半径为R的球形金属超细颗粒的德拜温度发生变化。随着颗粒尺寸的减小,颗粒的德拜温度与大块金属德拜温度的比值将减小,当颗粒的尺寸足够大时,其德拜温度趋近于大块金属的德拜温度。

Abstract:Based on thermostatislical consideration, it is proved theoretically that the Debye temperature of spherical ultrafine metallic particles with radii R will change when taking account of quantum-size effect, owing to the vibra-tional spectrum regularization invoked by the pressure which is dependent on the particle size and curvature of face.A ccompanied with the reduction of particle size, the ratio of Debye temperature of particles to that of lump metal will be decreasing, while particles' sizes are large enough the Debye temperature approaches to that of lump metal.
