| 摘 要： | 为使射频级间匹配电路的设计有章可循,应用Smith圆图分析电感、电容和电阻对匹配反射系数的影响.提出了一种基于Smith圆图的射频级间匹配电路计方法.通过单频点级间匹配电路的设计实例,给出了匹配电路的设计步骤、电路拓扑结构和元件类型的选择方法。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the rules of design RF matching networks,Smith chart is applied to analyze the influence to the reflection coefficients by inductance,capacitance and resistance.An approach to design RF matching network based on smith chart is presented.The design steps,network topology and the selection of its component types of a single frequency point matching network are described in detail by an example. |
