| 摘 要： | 本文从我国原有的经济管理体制和社会经济发展的现实出发,论述了轻工业实行行业管理的客观必要性;结合我国轻工业的实际特点,提出建立轻工业行业管理“双轨制”的设想;指出在目前情况下实行行业管理所应当具备的条件以及实行行业管理过程中需要注意解决的一些问题等。

| Abstract: | In this Paper, the certainty and necessity of carrying on trade management in light industry are expounded on the objective reality of the former economic system and the development of the social economy of our country. Some tentative ideas about building the"double track"system of the trade's management in light industry is proposed according to the characteristics of the light industry in our country. Some conditions that have to be possessed and some problems that need to be paid attention to in carrying out the present trade's management are pointed out. |
