| 摘 要： | 介绍了Directshow的基本原理和运动目标的检测方法,然后针对车牌识别中背景的不固定性提出了如何利用背景重建和背景差分法检测视频流中的运动车辆的方法.最后给出了基于Directshow的视频抓图在车牌识别系统中的具体实现方案和代码,为下一步进行车牌识别奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | The basic principle of the Directshow and the moving target detection method are introduced in this paper. Then, against the unfixed background in the vehicle license plate recognition system, using background rebuilding and background subtraction, the method of moving vehicle detection in the video flow is presented. Finally, the implementation and the code about the video capturing image which is based on Directshow in the vehicle license plate recognition system are presented. It makes a good foundation for the following work. |
