| Abstract: | Firstly, three problems are discussed: what effect every human thought way has in operations decision; how much capacity computers have on imitation for human thought; what limitations operations decision of highly automation has. The according to the working characteristics of human beings and machines, the central issues-how decision science and command art can be combined under the condition of command automation, and how the human element can be integrated with the machine's-are discussed. |
