大学教育与社区教育协同发展之路——基于协同论的视角

The Routes of Synergetic Development of University Education and Community Education -- Based on the Perspective of Synergetic Theory

The economic and social progress puts the synergetic development of university education and community education on the agenda. Community needs the help of universities to carry out the education, while university needs the help of community to promote the cultivation of talents. How to realize the synergetic development of the two is the impetus of university development and the cornerstone of community education development. Synergetic theory provides the theoretical support and methods for the unison of university education and community education. To realize their synergetic development, the university and community need to achieve common understanding and linkage of leadership to promote the holistic function; perfect management and well- planned teaching to promote the material and energy exchange; standardize the curriculum and project operating to strengthen the or- der parameter control; and to be self-dependent and resources sharing to gain mutual win-win.
