跨国公司对我国技术溢出效应的限制因素分析

很多发展中国家都希望通过跨国公司的技术溢出效应来缩小技术差距,以提高企业的国际竞争力。然而,和大多数发达国家相比,这一效应在发展中国家并不明显。我国虽然公司从跨国的直接投资中获益匪浅,但整体技术溢出效应并不理想。分析和实证了跨国公司在我国技术溢出效应的制约因素,并提出相应的政策建议。

Analysis on the restriction factors of technology spillover effects from multinational corporations to our country

Technical Overflow is the strategy many corporations from developing countries adopt to upgrade their international competitiveness and to reducetechnology differences against their competitors from developed countries.However,in developing countries,the Technical Overflow effects are not as notable as thatin developed countries.A1though China has benefited a lot from the FDI,the overall Technical Overflow effects are not as good as expected.This article aims to analvzeboth internal and external factors that FDI Technical Overflow effect was restricted in China,and then some recommendations are set forth to enhance the domestic FDI Technology Overflowing effect.
