| 摘 要： | 宋教仁是中国近代民主革命的重要领导人,也是中国法制现代化的先驱之一。在其十年的革命生涯中,他用他熟悉的法律知识起草制定了大量的法律、法规,维护国家利益、保障民权,进而追求法治的实现。他这种依法治国的思想使他在二十世纪初法制思想中具有独特的地位。他的法治思想及实践对推动中国法制现代化进程起到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Song Jiaoren is an important leader of China's democratic revolution and one of the pioneers of the modernization of the country's legal institution. In his ten years of revolutionary profession, he utilized his massive knowledge on the legal systems to formulate laws, regulations and also used it to maintain national interest and safeguard civil rights. He pursued all this in hope of a democratic reality. His endeavor for democracy makes him be a social reformer who truly outshines others in the 20th century. His thoughts and practice played a positive role in the modernization of China's legal institution. |
