外贴碳纤维粘贴界面应力集中研究

摘    要:碳纤维片材与混凝土基层间的有效粘结是确保碳纤维加固混凝土结构成功的关键,也是确定碳纤维片材粘贴搭接长度的依据。外贴碳纤维加固混凝土抗弯和抗剪时,粘结界面由于材料介质的突然变化及边界条件不同,在界面会产生较高的剪切和法向应力集中,如果集中效应超过粘结强度时,会产生脱胶导致界面剥离破坏,使碳纤维修复混凝土梁目的失败.,故从解析和数值两角度来研究这种纤维粘结的应力集中效应。

Abstract:Enough clinging strength between the concrete beam and the composite plate is the key to a successful reinforcement design,and it is also a criterion for designing the bonding length of the plate. When the concrete beam reinforced with the externally-bonded carbon fiber composite plastic plate resists bending and shearing,a high concentration of shear and normal stresses will be produced on the bonding surface due to the sudden change of the material and the different boundary condition,and if the concentration effect exceeds the bonding strength,the clinging plate will peel off,resulting in the failure of the reinforcement. In the paper,the effect of stress concentration is studied by using the methods of finite element analysis and analytic analysis. Calculation examples are presented.
