Abstract:
From six aspects of learning economy, learning alliance, learning marketing, learning enterpriser, learning culture and learning organization, the article try to probe the mode and steps of Chinese enterprises' effort in climbing the learning ladder and cultivating their strategic advantage. After all of these, it proceeds to put forward a series of new ideas and new ways of forging the international core competence of Chinese enterprises, and occupying a favorable position of market.
