逆向工程与新产品设计

论述了新产品设计与逆向工程的关系,重点介绍了逆向工程的概念、应用领域,逆向工程的特点、设备组成,和该工程中的关键技术。在我国工业的不断进步中,逆向工程正日益与产品创新紧密相连,逆向工程、模型设计与分析、再创新,已成为典型的逆向工程与创新设计结合的思路。随着Imageware,Geomagic Studio,CopyCAD,RapidForm等国外逆向软件和Quick Fom、RE-SOFT等在内的国内自主开发的软件的成熟；这使得逆向技术应用越来越广泛。在逆向工程中,数据采集、数据预处理、三角网格剖分技术、三维曲面模型重构技术成为逆向工程的关键。数据采集是逆向工程的基础,点云数据的获得与仪器的使用有着密不可分的关系,操作不当会带来测量上的误差偏大,影响整个流程．而由于光顾度和精确度一向是逆向工程中的矛盾所在,需要数据预处理技术、三角网格剖分技术、三维曲面模型重构技术的合理运用。随着不断的研究和软件技术的进步,这几方面的问题正在得到逐步解决。

Reverse Engineering and Redesign

This paper discussed the relation between the new product design and Reverse Engineering.The concept, the characteristics,equipments,the appilcation of the Reverse Engineering and the key technologies in the engineer- ing are introduced.In our country industry,the connection between Reeserve Engineering and product redesign be- comes more and more close.A typical thinking about the combination between Reverse Engineering and redesign is Reverse Engineering,Modeling and Analysis,Rededign.The development of the reverse software,such as Im- ageware,Geomagic Studio,CopyCAD,RapidForm and QuickForm,RE - SOFE etc.,also make the application of the reverse engineering more and more widely.In Reverse Engineering.Data acquistion technology,the data processing, the technology of the triangle meshing,the technology of 3D model reconstruction are the linchpins of the Reverse Engineering.First,point data acquisition is the foundation of the Reverse Engineering.Second,cloud data acquistion and the using of instrument have the inseparable relation,the inappropriately operation will lead to great measured error.Third,the smoothness and accuracy always contradict with each other,so it is necessary to develop the tech- nologies of the data processing,the triangle meshing and the 3 D model reconstruction.Along with the development of Reverse Engineering and software,these problems will be resolived gradudlly.
