| 摘 要： | 推进素质教育是培养二十一世纪新型人才的必然要求，也是我国教育改革和发展的必然要求，影响学生素质的因素很多，但学校教育在这些影响中起主导作用，学校教育必须全面推进素质教育，而实施素质教育的关键是教师。我们必须注重提高教师的素质。提高教师的素质工作还应该强化对教师的心理素质教育。

| Abstract: | Giving impetus to quality education is an inevitable demand of fostering new type of talents in the 21st century as well as the reform and derelopment of Education in our country.There are many factors affecting students'qualities,but school education is the leading factor among these ones.School education must give fully impetus to quality education ,and the crux of carrying out quality education is teacher.We must pay much attention to enhance teacher's quality.When we enhance teacher's quality,We should strengthen psychological education of teacher. |
