Analysis of the Literary Quotation in Chen Yinque＇s Hanliu Poetry

Literary quotation is an important part of Chinese classical poetry. Hanliu Poetry, named after Chen Yinque, one of the most outstanding historians in Chinese modem time, includes so many literary quotations especially the combination of classical allusions and modem ones in the poetries that it creates a record in the history of using literary quotation in Chinese poetry. This paper traces back the tradition of the use of literary quotations in Chinese classical poetries, analyzes the intricate mind and the complex emotion in Hanliu Poetry, and tries to understand the aesthetic Characteristics from the literary quotation of Hanliu Poetry.
