摘    要:水火弯板数值计算所用高斯分布的热源模型中热流密度由热效率和热源半径决定,而热效率和热流密度主要取决于乙炔流量。通过实验与计算相结合的方法确定水火弯板常用乙炔流量范围内效率及热源半径与乙炔流量间的关系,并根据热效率及热源半径的取值偏差对计算结果的影响进行分析。结果表明,它们间的关系能满足水火弯板数值计算的精度要求。

Abstract:The heat flux in Gauss distribution heat input model employed in numerical simulation of line heating is determined by heating efficiency and heating radius that are determined by acetylene flow rate in turn. The relations between the acetylene flow rate commonly used in line heating and heating efficiency as well as heating radius were investigated by combining experiments and numerical simulation. These relations match the accuracy of line heating numerical simulation, based on the analysis of the effects of heating efficiency and heating radius biases on the simulation results.
