| 摘 要： | 通过大量实验和生产性验证 ,解决了羊绒 / Tencel针织品以往不能同浴染色的难题 ,提出了一条羊绒 / Tencel同浴染色的新工艺 ,克服了两浴染色种种弊病 ,其产品同色性好、色泽艳丽、染料牢度符合国标要求 ,同时保持了纤维原有风格且满足了小批量及时化生产的需要。

| Abstract: | Verified by lots of experiments and production, the thesis solves the difficult technology problem that cashmere tencel couldn't one bath dye. It also puts forward a new technology of cashmere Tencel one dying, which can well overcome the inherent shortcoming of two bath dying. The product dyed by this technology has perfect union color,bright color,and dying fastness and keeps the inherent style of the fabric. It entirely meets the request of small batch and just in time production. |
