摘    要:应用弹性力学理论推导了剪切机高速转子齿径向位移的数学模型,在此基础上结合相关机械结构可靠性设计理论,以弹性模量及转子半径为参量,建立了数学模型;推导出分析转子齿变形可靠度的函数表达式,并采用有限元方法对实例进行了验证,所得结论为高速剪切均质设备转子的设计提供一定的理论指导.

Abstract:The paper used the theory of elasticity mechanics to develop the mathematic models of calculating the radial displacement of the gear of the high-shear homonzeizer,incorporated with correlative mechanical theory of structure reliability design,took the elasticity modulus and radius of the rotor for parameters,established mathematic models,derived the functional expression of the reliability of the deformation of rotor's gear,and adopted finite element calculating method to verify the instance.The results provided some theoretic guidance for the design of the rotor of high-shear homongnizers.
