| 摘 要： | 针对进口糊树脂单体泵在特定使用工况条件下所造成的机械密封失效进行分析,提出了机械密封的改造方案,改进了弹簧的形式并采用浮装结构,解决了机械密封的短期失效问题。

| Abstract: | The writing analyzes the invalidation of the mechanical seal installed on the imported paste resin monomer pump that is because of the special conditions in the period of using it, presents the improving program, enhances the style of the spring which adopts unstable installment mode, and solves the short-term invalidation problem of the mechanical seal. |
