木犀属植物叶片微形态结构

摘    要:利用石蜡切片法和显微观察法对木犀属(Osmanthus)27种植物叶的微形态结构进行了比较研究。结果表明,叶脉厚度、叶片厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织层数和厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织和海绵组织厚度的比值以及中脉维管组织的结构特征等具有一定的种间差异。这些结构特征与木犀属植物生长环境表现出一定的适应性和相关性。

Abstract:The leaf form and micromorphology of 27 species of Osmanthus were comparatively studied with the help of paraffin section method and the leaf tissue characteristics were observed under the microscope.The results showed that there were definite anatomical differences among species of Osmanthus.The main distinguishing anatomical feathers among species were the thickness of midrib,the thickness of leaf,the thickness of cuticle,the cell layers and thickness of palisade tissue,the thickness of spongy tissue,the ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue,and the characteristics of vascular system in the midrib of leaves.These characteristics put up some adaptability and pertinence with there growth environment.
