| 摘 要： | 为充分发挥实验室应用型人才培养的实效功能,从解决实验室建设现存问题为出发点,结合项目管理含义,提出了建立实验室建设项目化管理的理念,探讨了高校实验室建设实施项目管理的必要性,并从统筹规划、管理程序以及要注意问题等3个方面,提出了实施实验室建设项目化管理的技术路径。 |

| Abstract: | Taking the existing problems of lab construction as the departing point,the author has proposed the concept of project management in lab construction,and discussed the necessity for playing the role of lab in developing practical talents. The paper illustrates the technical methods for implementing the management from three aspects,overall planning,management program,and some attentions. |
