关于非晶态离子导体Ag_5I_2PO_4的研究 (Ⅱ)晶化过程中内部结构变化模型与导电机理探讨

摘    要:本文报导了Ag_5I_2PO_4样品从非晶态向晶态转化时的内部结构变化模型;描述了部分晶化过程中离子传输的微观机制;根据弥散系(超微不均匀系)的特点,给出了相界面处高导电层存在的必然性与普遍性。

Abstract:In this paper the internal structure various mode from non—srystalline to crystalline in crystallization is reported. Micro—mechamism of ionic transport in partial crystallization process is described. According to characteristics of disperse system (super—micro—unwell distribution system), necessity and universality which have high conductivity layers at phase boundaries are given.
