某住宅楼墙体裂缝成因分析与加固设计

摘    要:湿陷性是黄土的一种特殊工程地质性质,由湿陷变形引起建筑物地基产生不均匀沉降是黄土地区建筑物破坏的主要形式。通过对地基土含水量及墙体裂缝特征的分析,得出黄土湿陷性是住宅楼墙体开裂的主要因素,通过对各种地基加固处理方案的比较并结合场地条件,提出了合理的加固设计方案——高压旋喷桩对地基进行加固,并提出了合理的桩体设计参数。

Abstract:Collapsibility is one of the special engineering geological characters of the loess.U neven settlem ent of building foundation based on collapsibility deform ation is the m ain form ofbuildings destruction located in the loess area. By analyzing the water contentofground soiland the character ofwallfissures,the loess collapsibility is regarded as the m ain factor ofthese residentialbuilding fissures.By the contrastof several kinds ground treatm ent projects and the con- sideration of the local site conditions,high pressure jet grouting is used to reinforce the foundation,and reasonable pa- ram eters ofpile are also offered in this paper.
