摘    要:以硫酸法生产钛白过程中TiO2的回收与分离为应用背景,研究离子强度、pH值对陶瓷膜微滤过程的影响,并结合陶瓷膜表面性质、颗粒表面性质以及颗粒粒径变化等测定,试图从陶瓷膜和颗粒表面性质两方面分析有关现象.结果表明,离子强度、pH值对TiO2悬浮体系的陶瓷膜微滤过程的影响与颗粒电性质变化引起的分散状态改变有关,同时也与陶瓷膜表面性质变化有一定关系.

Abstract:The paper studies the effects of Ionic strength and PH value on the microfiltration of ceramic membrane in the background of recovery and separation of TiO_2 in producing titanium pigment with the sulfuric acid method. The paper also tries to analyze related phenomena from the two perspectives of ceramic membrane and grain surface property, together with the mensuration of porcelain membrane surface property, grain surface property and changes in grain size. The results show that the influences of Ionic strength and PH value on the microfiltration of ceramic membrane of TiO_ 2 suspension are related to the changes in separateness caused by changes of both grain surface electric properties and ceramic membrane
