| 摘 要： | 目的:对肝硬化顽固性腹水用腹水回输治疗的注意事项及护理要点进行总结.方法:用北京伟力电脑腹水超滤浓缩回输系统治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水54例,同时给予积极有效的护理.结果:用此方法治疗顽固性腹水患者取得满意疗效,且无护理并发症发生,结论:此方法安全有效,简单易行,能减轻患者的身心痛苦和经济负担,对肝硬化顽固性腹水患者症状的好转具有明显的临床特征,值得在临床护理工作中推广.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of the treatment for the liver cirrhosis stubborn ascites with the ascites feedback system. Method:Treating 54 cases of liver cirrhosis stubborn ascites with Ultra Filters Feedback System,and providing them with positive effective nursing. Result:This treatment obtains a satisfactory effect,and no nursing complication occurred.
