山西翅果油天然群体果实类型的划分

摘    要:以山西南部4个翅果油种源区的野生翅果油果实和种子为材料,以果长、果宽、种长、种宽为指标对翅果油进行了聚类和判别分析,对翅果油大宫灯、小宫灯和长果型进行了初步的类型划分,并建立了翅果油各个果型的判别函数。结果表明:分类后果型内部差异较小,果型间差异较大,分类效果显著;聚类分析后,以果长、果宽、种长、种宽为指标进行判别分析,得出3种果型的判别系数。根据判别系数建立3种果型的判别函数:Y长果型=7817x1+7059x2+15949x3 +1028x4-356719;Y大宫灯=7563x1+7703x2+13544x3+10327x4 -324752;Y小宫灯=5728x1+ 6787x2+12564x3+9606x4-250641。判别回代正确率达984 %,能较好地判别果型的类别。

Abstract:In order to determine the natural variability of fruits characters of Elaeagnus mollis.Provide evidence for the collecting,utilization,preserving and breeding of germplasm resources of E.mollis.Four provenances of natural E.mollis fruits and seeds in southern of Shanxi province were taken as materials.Use fruits length,fruit width,seeds length,seed width as index for clustering and discriminant analysis,the large Palace Lantern,the small Palace Lantern and the long fruit type were preliminary determined and discriminant functions were established.The results showed that: differences between types are significant while within types are small.The correct rate of discriminant analysis is 98.4 %,it can judge fruit category reasonable.
