信息化时代旅游企业竞争优势战略探析

摘    要:
旅游业和信息技术相结合的旅游电子商务是旅游业信息化的高级形式,它已经成为信息化时代旅游企业竞争战略的重要手段。本文就旅游企业电子商务的竞争优势,提出了培育信息化经营理念和现代企业文化、开展信息化业务流程再造与重组,构建旅游企业内部组织竞争优势;发展区域网络虚拟集团、走专业化、个性化的竞争优势战略,构建企业外部市场竞争优势。

Abstract:
The tourist E-commerce,which is the combination of tourist business and information technology,is the advanced form of tourist information,and it already becomes the important means of competition strategy of the tourist enterprises in the information age.This paper,based on the competitive edge of the tourist E-commerce,puts forward the following advice: cultivating an information running concept and modern enterprise culture,conducting a remold of the information business process and restructure of the organizations,develop the internal organizational competitive edge,developing regional network virtual group,taking a road of professional and original competitive edge,and constructing the external market competitive edge.
