摘    要:本文通过大量试验和机理的研究,高速钢锻件经过反复镦拔。只能降低炭化物偏析度1~1.5级。若采用高速变形可降低3级以上,对提高刀具寿命提出了新的论点和途径。

Abstract:Adoption of speeded changing could reduce the degree of carbide segregation more than 3 grades whereas repeated upsetting and drawing-out could only reduce 1-1.5 grades. The mechanism of this process has been studied. Based on this, a new thought and method for increasing the life-span of the cutting tools has been put forward.
