关于拓展高校毕业生基层就业渠道的思考

随着我国高等教育由精英教育迅速转变成为大众教育,大学毕业生人数逐年增长,致使大学生就业问题日益突出。积极拓宽就业渠道,把广大基层作为大学生就业的主要方向,是高校就业工作的重点。文章从基层就业现状及存在问题出发,探索分析了拓展基层就业渠道的途径与方法。
