| 摘 要： | 剖析了美军电磁频谱战发展战略提出的动因及对电磁频谱战认知，总结了美军电磁频谱战建设发展现状；分析了美军电磁频谱战的理论体系建立、作战体制的构建、武器装备发展中的优势，以及现实推进过程中存在的矛盾困难，结合中国国防和军队改革实际，探讨了电磁频谱战发展的启示。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the electromagnetic spectrum warfare and the aim of the US military's electromagnetic spectrum warfare development strategy. On this basis, the development status of the US military's electromagnetic spectrum warfare, and the development of the US military's electromagnetic spectrum warfare are reviewed. The difficulties involved in its development, combined with the actual situation of China's national defense and military reform, have suggested ways for the development of our military's electromagnetic spectrum warfare. |
