| 摘 要： | 根据运动训练学、科学选材学、测量和评价等基本理论，从《游泳年龄组教学训练大纲》中选取12个指标进行测量。客观分析辽宁省10-13岁年龄组游泳运动员专项素质水平的现状，并与《大纲》良好标准进行比较，从中找出在运动员选拔和培养过程中的优势和不足之处，为教练员的训练和选材提供参考．

| Abstract: | Author analysed the present situation of the special quality .follows the laws of sports training, Based on some basic theoretical viewpoints and ideas in areas such as sports training, theories of measurement and evaluation, sociology and specialized theory, and the qualities of 10-13-years＇ swimmers from different perspectives in liaoning province, and then make comparison with the teaching and training syllabus for age group swimming with the aim to make contribution to the rise of the competitive swimming level in liaoning. |
