| 摘 要： | 火是人类科技文明中的重要事物。本文着重从生火方法，对生火原因的解释、对火的归纳与分类、对火本性的认识以及对火本质的探索等方面，系统地考察了中国古人对火所达到的认识水平。从中不难看出，我国古代对火的认识既有传统科学文化的显著特征，也取得了值得肯定的历史成绩。
