| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用ＩＢＭ－８０２８６计算机建立的点焊过程动态焊接电流、电极间电压、电极压力、热膨胀电极位移和电极间电阻测试系统。文中包括各种信号测量方法、测试系统的硬件软件、各种信号测量结果以及测试系统在焊机特性实时控制研究方面的应用等。试验表明，该测试系统可以可靠地获得点焊过程的多种动态参数。这一系统的建立为点焊过程提供了重要的试验分析手段。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a system based on IBM-80286 computer whichis used to measure the dynamic welding current, voltage between electrodes, electrode force, electrode displacement and resistance between electrodes of the resistance spot welding. It includes the introduction of measuring method of venous parameters, hardware and software of the system, measuring results, application ofthe system in the analysis of welding machine and the study of real-time qualitycontrol. Test results show that the system can reliably detect the dynamic parameters. The system provides a useful experimental way for the study of resistancespot welding by measuring a lot of dynamic parameters. |
