| 摘 要： | 现代人对健康概念的理解在＂换代升级＂,认为健康是由生理到心理,并与社会环境、自然环境以及人格道德等相关因素的和谐统一。本文运用全新的视角论述了《乐记》这部音乐心理学专著的重要理论思想和音乐本质,由此来探讨《乐记》对现代音乐疗法的深远影响。
