基于MSP430的材料扭转试验机测控系统设计

摘    要:老式材料试验机的数字化改造。介绍整机改造方案。在力矩的测量方面,着重阐述传感器的零位误差消除方法和放大电路的设计。使用单片机控制的DA转换器DAC0832代替数字电位器,组成数控放大器,实现自动调零。老件新用,精度高,使用灵活方便。对于其它传感器电路具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:This is a digitized renovation of old materials tester.This paper introduces the transformation scheme for whole machine,focusing on the sensor’s zero error elimination method and the design of amplification circuit in torque measuring.The digital potentiometer DAC0832 is used to replace DA converter controlled by single chip microcomputer to form digital-control amplifier and realize auto zero.This method has the advantages of making full uses of the old parts,high precision and flexible application,which provides references for other sensor circuits.
