高激发下CdS晶体中激发态的衰减

摘    要:在室温下,我们用“泵浦-探测”方法对CdS单晶的光学非线性吸收的时间过程进行了实验研究。并用激子之间相互作用,激子与电子相互作用以及激子自发衰减三种导致激子浓度减小因素的模型对实验曲线进行了数学模拟,发现理论与实验曲线符合很好。文中给出了三种过程的时间常数及相应的权重。

Abstract:The time process of nonlinear optical absorption of CdS crystal at roomtemperature has been studied. In the paper, the relation between the transmisstivity of CdScrystal under intense excitation and delay time of probe light was measured, and the resultsare analyzed numerically based on the exciton-exciton scattering, exciton-electron scat-tering and exciton self-decay model. Theoritical results are in agreement with the experi-mental results, and the wights of the tree ways has been shown in the paper.
