一维三元光子晶体的偏振特性

摘    要:利用特征矩阵法讨论了一维三元光子晶体的偏振特性。结果表明,在一级禁带内,光子晶体对S偏振光形成了全方位光子带隙;对P偏振光,禁带宽度随入射角的增大而减小,且只在禁带短波区域形成全方位光子带隙,而在禁带长波区域,随着入射角的变化将出现透射峰,存在明显的"广义布儒斯特角",各波长对应的"广义布儒斯特角"随波长增大而减小,透射峰半角宽度增大,透射峰个数逐渐增加。

Abstract:Polarization Properties of One-dimensional Ternary Photonic Crystal are studied by using characteristic matrix method,the results showed that,in first-order forbidden band,there was omni-directional photonic band gap in photonic crystal with the incidence of S-polarization,that the forbidden band width decreased with the increase of incidence angle of P-polarization and omni-directional photonic band gap was formed only in the range of short-wave in the forbidden band,however,...
