局部阴影条件下光伏阵列最大功率点跟踪研究

摘    要:以1/4阴影覆盖下的光伏阵列为对象,用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,通过构建阴影条件下光伏阵列数学模型,分别采用瞬时扫描法和扰动观察法进行最大功率点跟踪研究.结果表明:在1/4阴影覆盖情况下,扰动观察法只能跟踪到太阳能电池低压侧20V附近极大功率点,瞬时扫描法能跟踪到高压侧60V左右最大功率点.采用新型的瞬时扫描法能对局部阴影覆盖的光伏阵列实现更准确的最大功率点跟踪.

Abstract:In the base of 1/4 shadow,this paper builds a shading conditions PV array model by Matlab software and studies maximum power tracking comparison using the instantaneous scanning,perturbation and observation method.The results show that,in the case of 1/4 photovoltaic array is covered,perturbation and observation method can only track to the solar cell low pressure side near 20 V which is the local maximum power point,while the instantaneous scanning method can trace to the high pressure side of about 60 V which is the maximum power point.Using a new type of instantaneous scanning method for partial shade covering the photovoltaic array,maximum power point can be tracked more accurately.
