| Abstract: | This theris is intended to describe the event movement law regarding the project construction process in fields of managial sciences from the view of points of substence movement in the field of physical sciences. It is shown how to scheme a graphical modeling system in the form of static structure for such a project construction movement, so as to reflect the real objective world scientifically. Finally, some of application prospects about this system is presented. |
