农村社区青年人力资源开发

阐述了农村社区青年人力资源开发的重要性，认为这是一个关系到我国农村经济发展乃至和谐社会和小康社会建设的关键问题。分析了我国农村社区青年人力资源文化素质低、科学素养差、人力资源闲置、性别结构不合理、身体素质水平偏低等存在的问题，指出这些问题严重制约农村经济发展与和谐、小康社会的建设。应解放思想，更新观念，构建教育人力资源开发体系、发挥共青团组织的号召力和凝聚力，做好农村社区青年人力资源开发工作。

Human Resources Development of Youth in Rural Communities

The human resources development of the youth in rural communities is expounded, and it pertains to the key issue of developing the rural economy and constructing a harmonious and well-off society. The problems in the status of the human resource of youth in rural communities are analyzed, which are the low cultural quality, the bad scientific literacy, the unused human resource, the unreasonable sex structure, and the weak physical quality. It is pointed out that, these problems obstruct the target of developing the rural economy and constructing a harmonious and well-off society. The human resources of the youth in rural communities should be developed through emancipating the mind and breaking with the conventional ideas to construct a new system for human resources development, and exerting the public appeal and affinity of the Communist Youth League.
