摘    要:设计一种新型可拆装轮系实验台,能搭接多种类型的结构(定轴轮系、差动轮系、行星轮系、混合轮系、齿轮传动等),清楚地展示了其内部结构。优化了齿轮等参数的设计与计算,使实验台达到可靠性与稳定性良好的要求。提高学生动手与观察分析能力,满足现在加强高校实验实践教学的要求。

The optimization design of experiment platform by gear train design

Abstract:T his paper presents a new type of detachable gear train experimental platform .It can connect many types of gear train (the fixed axis gear train ,the differential gear train ,the planetary gear train ,the mixed gear train ,the gear transmission and so on) ,clears showing its structure .The Design and algorithm of gear parameters have been optimized ,so the experimental platform has meet the requirements of good stability and reliability .It improves the students'practical ability ,observing and analytical ability ,satisfied the strengthening of teaching experiment practices in university .
